I've noticed these little holes inside my cheeks on both sides. There's no pain or bleeding, but when I touch them with my tongue, they feel like they're injured. It's a bit worrying since they're just there without any obvious cause. Should I be concerned or is this something normal? What could be causing them?

Can you check if the xray shows a tooth infection or gum issue and what treatment would actually help?
