I've noticed these yellowish spots in a hole in my left tonsil for about a month now and sometimes it gives me a slight pain. I havent had any fevers though. Should I be worried about this? What could it be?

My nose is almost always blocked and I use otrivin every day. Doctors say I have a swollen nose bone and need minor surgery, but is there any other option? I feel like I might be addicted to otrivin what should I do?
Your nose blockage, Otrivin overuse, and a swollen nose bone that requires minor surgery are all connected issues. The frequent use of Otrivin, a nasal decongestant, can lead to rebound congestion (rhinitis medicamentosa), where the nasal passages become more swollen and congested when the medication's effect wears off. This prolonged congestion can also lead to structural changes, such as a swollen nose bone, which may require surgery to correct.

For the past 12 years, I've had this issue where one nostril is always blocked while the other works, and they keep switching throughout the day. I also get frequent colds and nasal congestion almost 15 days every month. Right now, I rely on Allegra, saline sprays, and Flutira decongestants, but it's not a permanent fix. Could this be something that surgery can cure? What's the best long-term treatment for this?
Summary. Allergies, colds, environmental pollutants, and many other triggers can contribute to a blocked nostril on one side. Many people with other health conditions like a deviated septum or nasal polyps may notice that their nose is only stuffy on one side
