Ive noticed that when I get an erection, my glans penis bends downwards. If I pull my foreskin all the way back, it gets even more bent. I think it might be due to having a tight frenulum breve. Are there any home remedies or treatments that can help with this issue? Im really curious to know what I can do.

Bendex Tablets and Breastfeeding: Safety and Alternatives_
Given your concerns, here's a summary of Bendex tablets and breastfeeding safety:
Safety of Bendex Tablets during Breastfeeding
- Bendex tablets contain: Piperazine, an antiparasitic medication.
- Breastfeeding safety: There is limited information available on the safety of piperazine during breastfeeding. However, it's generally recommended to avoid using Bendex tablets while breastfeeding due to the potential risk of infant exposure.
Alternatives for Deworming during Breastfeeding
- Consult your healthcare provider: Discuss your concerns with your healthcare provider, and they will recommend a suitable deworming medication or alternative treatment.
- Meberverine or Albendazole: These medications are sometimes considered safer alternatives for deworming during breastfeeding. However, always consult your healthcare provider before taking any medication.
Preventing Worm Infestations
- Practice good hygiene: Wash your hands regularly, especially after using the toilet and before handling food.
- Avoid eating undercooked meat: Ensure that meat is cooked thoroughly to prevent parasitic infections.
- Maintain a balanced diet: Eat a nutritious diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains to support your overall health.

View allI'm dealing with phimosis and wondering if surgery is the only solution or if there are other effective ways to treat it. What would you recommend for managing this condition?
Phimosis, where the foreskin cannot be retracted, can be managed with both non-surgical and surgical approaches. Non-surgical options include topical steroid creams, gentle stretching exercises, and good hygiene practices. Surgery, such as circumcision or preputioplasty, may be considered for more severe cases or if non-surgical treatments fail.

I'm having a bit of an issue and really hope you can help me out. I've gotten into the habit of masturbating once a day, but when it comes to being with my girlfriend, I'm struggling to get a second erection quickly. It seems to take about 2 hours for me to be ready for round two. Is this something that might need medication, or are there exercises or other solutions I could try to improve this? Would love some advice on what to do.
The delayed second erection may be due to frequent masturbation, causing temporary desensitization, and to improve your sexual performance, consider exercises like Kegel, pelvic floor strengthening, and techniques like edging, as well as reducing masturbation frequency,
