I've noticed that whenever I travel by bus or train, I seem to get a lot of gas in my stomach, and it's super uncomfortable. It makes the whole journey pretty hard to enjoy. I'm really curious if there's anything I can do to prevent this from happening. Any suggestions?

View allI took rifastop 400 this morning, and now I'm dealing with a bit of acidity and keep burping. Is it okay if I take a rantac 150 before bedtime after taking rifastop 400 earlier today?
-Yes, you can take Rantac 150 before Rifastop 400 to help reduce acidity. Take it 30 minutes before your dose in the morning and again at bedtime if needed. Always drink plenty of water with Rifastop to minimize irritation.

I'm dealing with food poisoning and it's causing a lot of stomach pain. I've also been throwing up a few times. I'm really unsure about what to do and I'm curious about any tablets that might help. Can you advise me on this?
For food poisoning with stomach pain and vomiting, stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids, such as oral rehydration solutions (ORS) like Electral or coconut water; consider taking anti-emetic medications like Ondansetron or Metoclopramide to control vomiting, and antacids like Ranitidine or Omeprazole to reduce stomach acid

I've been diagnosed with pelvic floor dyssynergia and my doctor recommended biofeedback therapy. Is there an effective Ayurvedic treatment for this condition? I'm open to either surgery or medicine but want to know what works best.
Bio feedback is the best treatment for this. You can search for alternative options but start following this.
