I've noticed this white spot on the back of my throat for a few days now, just the one, it hasn't spread or anything. Along with it, I've been dealing with a cold cough, runny nose, sore muscles but it's nothing too serious. Should I be worried about this spot? Is it related to my cold symptoms, or could it be something else? What should I do next?

I've been dealing with constant headaches and facial pain for years. My PNS CT report shows mild polypoidal mucosal thickening in both maxillary sinuses and a Haller cell that's blocking the maxillary antral infundibuli. Both my inferior nasal turbinates are thickened too. I've tried so many medications and nasal sprays but nothing helps. Should I consider sinus surgery for this? And do you know roughly how much sinus surgery costs?
endoscopic surgery is advised to the patient.

I'm having this watery discharge coming from my ear for the past day. It all began with really bad pain and a lot of pressure, but then after a while, the pain slightly eased up, and that's when the drainage started. Should I be worried about this?
