I'm having this watery discharge coming from my ear for the past day. It all began with really bad pain and a lot of pressure, but then after a while, the pain slightly eased up, and that's when the drainage started. Should I be worried about this?

View allI'm a bit worried about something that's been happening for quite a while now. Whenever I chew my food or drink something, I notice this buzzing sound in my right ear. It starts internally and stops about 10-15 seconds after I stop chewing. This has been going on for about 45 months, and I'm wondering what's causing it and if there's a way to stop it. Any insights?
The buzzing sound you're experiencing in your right ear when chewing could be related to Eustachian tube dysfunction, TMJ disorder, or even tinnitus. These conditions are often treatable, but it's important to consult with a healthcare provider, especially if the symptoms persist or worsen. The doctor can help determine the exact cause and recommend the appropriate treatment for you.

I'm a 24-year-old guy and I've always been really skinnylike, my whole life. I'm around 55 kg, and nothing I've tried in terms of medicines or treatments seems to help me gain weight. I've also got a couple of other issues. My left ear veins aren't working right, so I can't hear out of it, and I'm starting to go bald even though I'm pretty young. Plus, I have this bad habit of chewing tobacco, which I know can't be helping. I'm really eager to figure out how to get healthier and maybe even bulk up a bit. Do you have any advice or suggestions on what I could do?
Patient is advised tobacco cessation.
