I've put Dettol on my face with a cotton swab earlier today around noon, and it started burning. It first turned black and then went red. I tried cold water, ice, and later put some Lacto Calamine lotion on it at around 3pm. There's still a blackish mark that's worrying me. What should I do now?

Applying Dettol to the skin can cause chemical burns, especially if left on for an extended period.
Treatment and Care
- Continue applying cold compresses: Cold water and ice can help reduce the burning sensation and inflammation.
- Lacto Calamine lotion: You're on the right track with Lacto Calamine lotion, which can help soothe and calm the skin.
- Topical antibiotic cream: Apply a topical antibiotic cream, such as Neosporin or Bacitracin, to prevent infection.
- Hydrocortisone cream: A mild steroid cream, such as hydrocortisone, can help reduce inflammation and itching.
- Avoid further irritation: Refrain from applying any harsh products, exfoliating, or using hot water on the affected area.

View allI'm really struggling with hair removal in my private areas like the inner thighs and around the testicles and anus. Every time I try, it just ends up irritating the skin and I get these pesky fungal infections because of it. It's really uncomfortable and frustrating. Can you suggest any better solutions or tips that might help with this?
For hair removal in sensitive areas, opt for gentle methods like trimming with electric clippers or using hair removal creams designed specifically for sensitive skin (patch-test first). Avoid shaving to minimize irritation and fungal infections. Keep the area clean, dry, and apply an antifungal powder if prone to infections. Consult a dermatologist for persistent issues.

I've noticed these pearly penile papules on my penis for a couple of years now, and I'm not really sure what to do about them. Should I be worried or is there something specific I should try to get rid of them?

I'm really struggling with acne and I've got these pimples that just won't go away. I've heard about Clop G can I use that for my acne? Also, I've got these scars from previous breakouts. Do you have any advice on how to get rid of them quickly? I'm really eager to find something that works.
Clop G cream contains Clindamycin and Clotrimazole, which can be used for treating acne and pimples. However, it is important to consult with a dermatologist before using it to determine the appropriate dosage and duration of treatment. To help remove acne and its scars fast, you can consider using a combination of topical treatments such as Benzoyl peroxide gel in the morning and Tretinoin cream at night.
