I've noticed that there's a spot in my mustache where the hair just isn't growing, even though the hair is there and surrounding areas are growing fine. Is this something I should be worried about? Could it be a disease, and do you think it'll start growing again on its own or do I need to look into some medicine?

I've been dealing with exfoliative cheilitis and my lips are really damaged - even had surgery but it didn't fully help. What kind of cream would you recommend for healing the skin?
For exfoliative cheilitis, consider using tacrolimus ointment, petroleum jelly, or lanolin-based creams. Avoid lip licking and maintain hydration.
