I've recently been diagnosed with bronchitis and had this persistent cough with thick phlegm. The doctor gave me some meds, and I'm feeling better now, but he suggested doing a PFT test if possible. Now, I'm wondering if it makes sense to just do the PFT test on its own, or should I also get a chest X-ray with it? Or maybe a CT scan of the chest would give clearer results? I'd love some guidance on what's best to do next.

I've been in the hospital for Covid back in Aug 2020 due to breathing issues. My oxygen levels are now at 93 with a normal pulse rate, but if I climb stairs or do any kind of activity, my oxygen level drops to 79 and my pulse rate shoots up from 128 to 135. I'm regularly doing breathing exercises and using a spirometer, drinking lots of fluids, and sleeping in a prone position. I'm currently on Nintena 100, Doxolin 400, Mucinac 600, Rantac 150, Azithral 250, and Ecospain 75. Can you suggest how I can increase my oxygen levels?

whatever you are doing , its more than sufficient to increase the saturation

I'm dealing with a really stubborn dry cough that's been going on for over a month now. I've already tried taking Azee and Levoday antibiotics and used Ascoryl and Benadryl dry cough syrups, but nothing seems to be working. Any idea what else I could try or what might be going on?

-It sounds frustrating that your dry cough is lingering despite treatment. Since the antibiotics and cough syrups haven't helped, I recommend seeing a doctor again to rule out other causes, such as asthma, acid reflux, or post-nasal drip. A thorough check
