I've recently been diagnosed with shingles at 25, and I can't shake this worry after reading online that it might be a symptom of something more serious like HIV. Should I be concerned about this connection? Is there something specific I should look out for?

if you are concerned about HIV, it is important to get tested for it. In the meantime, for shingles, you can take antiviral medications such as Acyclovir 800mg five times a day for 7-10 days to help reduce the severity and duration of the outbreak. Additionally, you can take over-the-counter pain relievers like ibuprofen to help with any discomfort.

View allI'm dealing with psoriasis and my doctor recommended Kenz Sal lotion, but it's really thick. Any tips on how to properly apply it to my scalp?
To apply thick Kenz Sal Lotion to your scalp: 1. Warm the lotion by placing the bottle in warm water. 2. Apply a small amount to affected areas using a cotton swab or scalp applicator. 3. Gently massage into scalp. 4. Leave on for 30 minutes to an hour before washing hair. You can also mix a small amount of lotion with coconut or olive oil to thin it out.

I'm curious about using bio oil around the vaginal area and the bikini line. I've got some darkness and scars there and thought bio oil might help. But sometimes, I notice some irritation after applying it. Is it safe to use bio oil in these sensitive areas? Just want to make sure I'm not causing any harm.
Kojiglo cream for local application for atleast 3 weeks is advised.
