I've recently had a blood test, and my SGPT level is at 70. My doctor mentioned that this might be causing undigested food in my stool. I've never consumed alcohol, and I'm not dealing with obesity. Could you please advise on what vegetarian foods I should include or avoid in my diet to manage my SGPT levels?

Yes, both syrups contain the same active ingredient.

View allI'm noticing that a small, round thing comes out of my anus. There's no pain or bleeding, but I'm worried about what this might be. It seems to happen when I have to push during a bowel movement. Can you help me understand what's going on?
It sounds like you may be experiencing a case of hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are swollen blood vessels in the rectal area that can protrude outside the anus. To help with this issue, you can try using over-the-counter medications such as Preparation H cream or Tucks pads. Make sure to also increase your fiber intake, drink plenty of water, and avoid straining during bowel movements. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a doctor for further evaluation and treatment.

I recently got my liver function test results and I'm feeling a bit unsure. The results show my total bilirubin is 0.7 mgdl, direct bilirubin is 0.4 mgdl, and indirect bilirubin is 0.3 mgdl. I noticed that my direct bilirubin is 0.1 mgdl higher than the indirect bilirubin. Should I be worried about this? Is there anything specific I should be doing or looking into?
No need to worry everythis is normal ,consume balanced diet and maintain healthy lifestyle
