I've recently lost some weight and I'm trying to get back to my ideal weight, which is between 56 to 62 kg. I'm about 5'10". Can you suggest an easy diet to follow, preferably something vegetarian and South Indian? I don't mind eating non-veg outside a couple of times a week. Any tips would be helpful!

Vaginal discharge can be normal, but it's essential to know when to consult a gynecologist.

Normal Vaginal Discharge

  1. Clear or white: Thin, odorless discharge is normal.
  2. Milky or cloudy: Discharge may change consistency during menstrual cycle.

Abnormal Vaginal Discharge

  1. Strong odor: Foul or fishy smell.
  2. Thick, cottage cheese-like: Abnormal texture or color.
  3. Yellow, green, or gray: Discharge with unusual color.
  4. Itching, burning, or redness: Accompanying symptoms.
  5. Heavy or increased discharge: Sudden change in amount.

When to Consult a Gynecologist

  1. Unusual discharge: If you notice any abnormal characteristics.
  2. Discomfort or pain: Accompanying symptoms like itching, burning, or pelvic pain.
  3. Fever or chills: Systemic symptoms.

I'm hoping to drop 10 kgs but I'm not too keen on following a strict diet. I've heard that drinking warm water and skipping might help with weight loss. Is that really effective or could it have any negative effects on my health? I'd like to know how well these methods work.

While drinking warm water can help boost metabolism and aid digestion, and skipping rope can burn calories and improve cardiovascular health, relying solely on these two methods without a balanced diet and comprehensive lifestyle changes is unlikely to lead to significant weight loss, as a sustainable weight loss of 10 kgs typically requires a calorie deficit through a combination of diet, exercise, and lifestyle modifications

My partner and I have been vegetarian for a while, and we recently decided to switch to a vegan diet, meaning we've given up milk and dairy products altogether. Could you advise us on a good vitamin B12 supplement? Wed love to know what dosage to take and how often we should be taking it. We just had our B12 levels checked, and they were perfectly normal before we stopped consuming milk a few days back.
