I've recently lost some weight and I'm trying to get back to my ideal weight, which is between 56 to 62 kg. I'm about 5'10". Can you suggest an easy diet to follow, preferably something vegetarian and South Indian? I don't mind eating non-veg outside a couple of times a week. Any tips would be helpful!

I'm new to Mumbai and the only thing I'm eating right now is idli vada. I'm curious, what's the calorie count for this meal? And is it good for nutrition? I'm trying to make sure I'm eating healthy.
A typical serving of idli (2-3 pieces) and vada (1-2 pieces) contains approximately 250-400 calories, with a breakdown of 50-60g carbohydrates, 10-15g protein, and 10-15g fat; idli vada can be a nutritious option due to the presence of fermented rice and lentils, which provide probiotics, fiber, and essential amino acids, but be mindful of the oil used for frying vada and consider pairing with vegetables or sambar for added nutrition.

Does apple cider vinegar help you lose weight?
Yes, according to some studies it does reduce fat storage, increase fat burning, reduce appetite and improve blood sugar and insulin response. Because of its high acidity, drinking a lot of apple cider vinegar can damage your teeth, hurt your throat, and upset your stomach. So, it is not the right way to loose weight and it should not be used in more quatity for many days.
