Since Candid-B cream has not been effective, I recommend trying a combination antifungal and steroid cream such as Lotriderm cream. Apply a thin layer of Lotriderm cream to the affected area twice a day for 2 weeks. Additionally, keep the area clean and dry, wear loose-fitting clothing, and avoid tight underwear to help with the healing process.
