I've recently tried applying garlic on my face, and now it's left my skin burnt with this pink color. I'm really worried about it. Could it end up leaving a scar? What should I do?

I've been having this horrible itching that started in my hands, feet, and vaginal area about a week ago. I took levocetirizine for four days, and though it seemed to help a bit, the itching came back around day three. Now its spread to my upper back and chest.
