I've spotted some areas on my penis that look like Vitiligo. There's no pain or itching. I cant remember how long theyve been there, but I recently just noticed them. What could this be, and is it something I should be worried about?

I've noticed that every time I have a hot bath or shower, my face stays red and feels like it's burning for a few hours afterward. It gets better with ice, but only when the skin is cool. There's no rash, just redness and warmth when I touch it. Should I be worried about this?

1. _Trapped gas_: Gas buildup can cause severe pain. 2. _Muscle strain_: Sudden movement or injury can strain muscles. 3. _Sciatica_: Compression of the sciatic nerve can cause pain. _Quick Relief Solutions_ 1. _Stretching_: Gentle stretching can help relieve tension. 2. _Heat or cold therapy_: Apply a warm or cold compress to the affected area. 3. _Over-the-counter pain relievers_: Take antacids or pain relievers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen. 4. _Rest_: Avoid heavy lifting, bending, or physical activity.

I'm looking for some advice on treating pigmentation or 'jhaiya' on my face. I've tried a few creams but I'm not sure which one is the most effective. Also, I'm experiencing quite a bit of hair fall lately. Could you recommend something that might help with that too?

Kozicure cream for local application is advised for 3-6 weeks , at bedtime ,if any side-effects dermat opinion is advised .

I've been struggling with hair fall for about 8 years now, and I've lost most of the hair on the top of my headit's mostly just the sides left. I've just started taking keraglo men tablets and evion capsules, and I'm using Dabur Amla oil for scalp massages. Do you think this will actually help my hair grow back? I'm really worried and just want to know if I'm on the right track or if there's something else I should be doing.

yes continue all the medications..
