I've spotted some areas on my penis that look like Vitiligo. There's no pain or itching. I cant remember how long theyve been there, but I recently just noticed them. What could this be, and is it something I should be worried about?

I've had this dry whitish patch on the shaft of my penis for about six months now, and it's got me a bit worried. The skin on that patch is kinda wrinkly, and when I wet it with water or oil, it appears to go back to normal, but it still seems a bit lighter than the rest of the skin. Should I be concerned about this? What might be causing it, and is there anything I can do to treat or improve it?

The symptoms you described, including a dry, whitish patch with wrinkly skin on the penis shaft that normalizes with moisture, could be indicative of vitiligo, eczema, or lichen sclerosus; consult a dermatologist

I'm having this skin itching around my leg area and sometimes it even feels like it's burning a bit. I've tried using itch guard and tetmosol total, but it seems to be getting worse instead of better. It all started in the summer. Could there be a reason why these symptoms keep increasing even with treatment? Any advice on what might help or if I should be checking for something specific?

That could be fungal infection, visit Dermatologist for evaluation and appropriate management
