I've still been having trouble with my breathing even though it's been three months since I recovered from Covid. It just doesn't seem to be getting better. What could be causing this, and are there any ways to help speed up my recovery?

I'm not sure what's been going on with me for the past 20 days. I've been feeling this shortness of breath, and when I try to take a deep breath, it feels like my heart's under pressure. My heart rate seems to jump around a lot too. It's scaring me a bitcould this be something serious like COVID-19? A local doctor mentioned something about swelling in my breathing pipe, but I'm not convinced. I've had various tests done like ECG, TSH, LFT, Creatinine, and a CT scan of my stomachall normal. This was all done at Fortis Hospital in Noida. The reports only mentioned an enlarged spleen, and the gastro doc said my digestive system is fine. This is the first time I've experienced such breathing issues, and it's really worrying me. I've attached my X-ray. Could you tell me if the prescribed treatment is safe and if it might help?
