I've stopped masturbating for the last 2 months, but I'm still experiencing nightfall regularly, about once a week. Sometimes it even happens twice during a single sleep session. I feel really frustrated and tired during the day because of it. What can I do about this?

I'm experiencing really bad pain in my testicles that spreads to my groin and my back thighs. My doctor had given me some antibiotics and it got better, but now, two months later, the pain is back again. I'm really worried about what's causing this recurring pain. Could you please help me figure out what might be going on?
I'm sorry you're experiencing this pain again. It sounds like you might be dealing with a recurring issue, possibly an infection or inflammation. Since antibiotics didn't fully resolve the problem, it's important to revisit your doctor for further evaluation and possibly more targeted treatment, like an ultrasound or different medications.

Avoiding drinking fluids before bed. Cutting back on alcohol, caffeine, artificial sweeteners and acidic foods or beverages. Doing pelvic floor exercises (like Kegels) to help build your pelvic health. Trying bladder retraining techniques, such as urinating at fixed intervals that gradually increase.
