I've taken misoprostol today at 11 amtwo tablets of 200 mg eachbut there's no bleeding yet. Then, I took another two tablets around 7 pm. How long should I expect to wait before the bleeding starts? I'm getting a bit worried and would really appreciate some advice on what's normal in this situation.

After taking misoprostol, bleeding typically starts within 1-4 hours, but it can take up to 24 hours; since you took the second dose at 7 pm, you may experience bleeding within the next 12-24 hours; however, if you haven't bled or experienced severe symptoms like heavy bleeding, severe pain, or fever, consult your gynaecologist

is a hemoglobin level of 9.1 okay for fibroid surgery next week? what's the fastest way to increase hemoglobin levels before the procedure? OR my hemoglobin is 9.1 and i have fibroid surgery scheduled in a week is that level safe? how can i boost it quickly? OR will a hemoglobin of 9.1 cause issues for my upcoming fibroid surgery? need tips to raise it fast

A hemoglobin level of 9.1 might be too low for a planned fibroid surgery next week. It's generally considered safe to have a hemoglobin level of at least 10 g/dL before surgery to minimize complications related to blood loss, according to some medical sources. Raising hemoglobin levels quickly can be done by incorporating iron-rich foods into your diet, potentially taking iron supplements (with doctor's approval), and ensuring adequate vitamin B12 and folate intake, according to some healthcare websites.

I'm really concerned about my cousin who had a C-section about 6 months ago. She's been having a lot of back pain and it's worrying. Another cousin, who also had a C-section a few years back, is experiencing similar issues with her back. And on top of that, she's been working out regularly but just can't seem to get rid of the flabby belly fat above the C-section scar. Her whole body looks fit except for that tummy area, which bulges out. Can you explain why these issues happen after a C-section and suggest some solutions?

I'm concerned about my breast size because they seem really small and it's been a bit of a struggle for me. I'm 28 now and I've tried massaging to help them grow, but it's just painful and hasn't worked for me. Can you suggest anything that might help?

If massage is not helping and causing pain, you may consider speaking with your doctor about the possibility of using hormonal therapy. One common medication used for this purpose is "Ethinyl estradiol and Drospirenone" in the form of oral contraceptive pills. The dosage and duration would need to be determined by your doctor after a thorough evaluation. Remember to always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new medication.
