I've taken misoprostol today at 11 amtwo tablets of 200 mg eachbut there's no bleeding yet. Then, I took another two tablets around 7 pm. How long should I expect to wait before the bleeding starts? I'm getting a bit worried and would really appreciate some advice on what's normal in this situation.

After taking misoprostol, bleeding typically starts within 1-4 hours, but it can take up to 24 hours; since you took the second dose at 7 pm, you may experience bleeding within the next 12-24 hours; however, if you haven't bled or experienced severe symptoms like heavy bleeding, severe pain, or fever, consult your gynaecologist

I'm really worried about this personal issue I'm experiencing with my girlfriend. After I finger her, there's a bad smell coming from her vagina and on my hand. She doesn't have any vaginal infections or itching, but this has been happening for the last three months. It wasn't like this before, so I'm not sure what's going on and it's starting to affect our relationship. Can you help me figure out what might be causing this and what we can do about it?

It could be due to bacterial vaginosis. Bacterial vaginosis is a common condition where there is an overgrowth of harmful bacteria in the vagina, leading to a fishy odor. I recommend your girlfriend to use Metronidazole gel 0.75% applied intravaginally once daily for 5 days. This will help to restore the normal balance of bacteria in the vagina and alleviate the bad smell. Additionally, practicing good hygiene, such as washing hands before and after sexual activity, can also help prevent the recurrence of this issue.

I've been using Primolut N to push back my period a bit, but I'm having this light blood-like discharge. My periods aren't normal right now. Should I keep taking it? My doc told me to take two pills a day but seemed unsure since I started them a bit late. Can anyone give me a clear idea of what I should do next, maybe with a solution?

can you regain virginity and does it involve surgery what are the health risks if it does

While hymenoplasty, or hymen repair surgery, can reconstruct the hymen and mimic an intact hymen, it does not technically "regain" virginity in a broader, cultural sense. Virginity is a complex concept influenced by personal, social, and cultural factors, and cannot be fully restored through surgery alone
