I've been having abdominal pain for about 3 to 4 days now and I recently took a Spasmonil tablet, but it hasn't really helped. In the past, my doctor mentioned something about an infection after my hysterectomy. Could this be connected? What should I do next?

Given your history of hysterectomy and current abdominal pain, it's essential to consult your doctor to rule out any complications or infections related to the previous surgery; while Spasmonil may provide temporary relief from pain and spasms, it's crucial to investigate the underlying cause of your symptoms, which could be related to adhesions, bowel obstruction, or other post-surgical complications.

I'm currently using an inhaler called Budamate 200, and I'm just entering my first trimester of pregnancy. I'm worried if it's safe to continue using it during these early months. Could it affect the baby in any way?
Budamate 200, containing budesonide, is classified as a category C medication in pregnancy, meaning its safety is uncertain; however, studies suggest that inhaled corticosteroids like budesonide are generally considered safe during pregnancy, especially when used at low to moderate doses, but consult gynaecologist
