Just found out I have a 7mm kidney stone in my left ureter from a CT KUB scan. Really hoping to avoid surgery or lithotripsy are there any meds or other options that could help pass it naturally?

View allI have a tight frenulum with a very thin piece of skin attached to the tip of my penis at the bottom. What are the different types of frenuloplasty procedures available and which one is the least painful? Also, what's the approximate cost for this surgery in India? Should I consider getting circumcision done along with this procedure?
Frenuloplasty addresses a tight or short frenulum, the small skin fold connecting the foreskin to the glans. The procedure involves releasing the frenulum to improve retraction and reduce pain during erections. While circumcisicircumcision removes the entire foreskin, frenuloplasty focuses on the frenulum itself, preserving the foreskin

I've been dealing with this burning sensation in my penis and anus for over a month, and sometimes it's painful. Most times, it's either one or the other, but occasionally it's both. I also notice a bit of pain when I pee. My GP checked me out, said it might be a prostate issue, and all the STD tests came back negative. He prescribed me cipro for 10 days, but it doesn't seem to be helping. I'm really concerned and would appreciate some guidance. What should I do next?
That could be microbial infection,do not neglect, visit Dermatologist for evaluation and appropriate management and maintain personal hygiene.

I've had this issue where I accidentally cut my penis somehow last week, maybe with my nail or a zipper, and now there's a scab on it. It's about a centimeter long and hurts when I touch it. What should I do?
It sounds like you may have a minor wound on your penis. To help with healing and prevent infection, you can apply an over-the-counter antibiotic ointment like Neosporin or Bacitracin to the affected area twice a day. Keep the area clean and dry, and avoid any further trauma to the area. If the pain persists or if you notice any signs of infection such as increased redness, swelling, or discharge, please consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and treatment.
