Please look at ALT, AST, GGT and bilirubin values. If any are raised, it may suggest liver inflammation. Avoid alcohol/fatty foods. Consult a hepatologist for cause-specific treatment.

View allI am Nikhil, 26 years old. Three months ago, I had jaundice with SGPT 235 and SGOT 91, which returned to normal within 10 days. Now, I have jaundice again with SGPT 150 and SGOT 90, even though I have been following a proper diet. I have done tests for HBsAg, Anti HCV, and Anti HBc total, and all are normal. My ESR is 18. I am concerned about the repeated rise in liver enzymes. What could be the reason, and is this dangerous?

Can someone please help explain the findings in my attached medical report? I am a 4 year post renal transplant patient, currently also managing diabetes mellitus. I have been on MDR TB treatment for some time now. Over the past week, I have been experiencing constant stomach pain and bloating. I have only had gastric issues once before this episode.

My wife is pregnant, and her blood report shows elevated SGPT (92). Can I give her Homeopathic medicine like Chelidonium Q or any other homeopathic remedy? She is currently taking Udiliv 150 mg, iron, and calcium tablets twice daily as per doctor instructions. Her hemoglobin is 9.2. Please advise
