Last week, 1.5 liters of fluid was removed from the space between my lungs. Since then, I have been experiencing rapid weight loss, loss of appetite, bitterness in the mouth, constant fatigue, and a persistent cough. All lab reports have come back normal, and TB has been ruled out, but the doctors have not been able to give a clear diagnosis yet. I am very concerned and would appreciate it if you could review the situation and let me know if there is anything more we should do

I have been noticing white and red patches on both my palms after carrying bags, which disappear within 4 to 5 minutes. This was not happening 4 to 5 years ago. I have pain in my body from neck to hip joints and shoulders after sitting a few minutes, and sometimes I also get headaches. I underwent treatment and my blood report shows abnormal results: total WBC count is 12,700 cells per cumm, ESR is 52 mm per h, and RA factor is 4.8 IU per ml.
