Last week, 1.5 liters of fluid was removed from the space between my lungs. Since then, I have been experiencing rapid weight loss, loss of appetite, bitterness in the mouth, constant fatigue, and a persistent cough. All lab reports have come back normal, and TB has been ruled out, but the doctors have not been able to give a clear diagnosis yet. I am very concerned and would appreciate it if you could review the situation and let me know if there is anything more we should do

I have pain in my body from neck to hip joints and shoulders after sitting a few minutes, and sometimes I also get headaches.
