A lump of tissue came out when I blew my nose today. There was no pain or bleeding, but I'm a little concerned. Should I be worried about this? Is it something serious?

I'm a bit worried because I've been having some pain and swelling on the right side of my neck where a lymph node is located. I went for an FNAC test, and the report says there's a right submandibular swelling, but the stain for AFB is negative. The findings mentioned something about a necrotizing granulomatous lesion.
