Since this morning, I have been noticing a slight presence of blood in my urine. My lab report also shows albumin ++ in the urine. Additionally, my blood report indicates neutrophils at 77 percent and lymphocytes at 19 percent.

I have been experiencing constant urethral pain for the past two months. After consulting a doctor, I underwent a urine flow test, and based on the results, I was prescribed Levoflox and Alfoo for one month, followed by Alfoo alone for another month. I have taken multiple antibiotics, and later my urine report showed normal results. However, I still feel like the infection is present. Today, I did another urine routine test and have attached the report. Kindly review it and advise further.
