I have taken multiple antibiotics, and later my urine report showed normal results. However, I still feel like the infection is present. Today, I did another urine routine test and have attached the report. Kindly review it and advise further.

I got my penile discharge tested at a lab, and the report states No gonococci seen, few gram negative coccobacilli seen, and large number of pus cells seen. What does this mean? Sir, I drink 2 to 3 liters of water daily, but I pass only about 700 to 800 ml of urine per day. A few days ago, I had a kidney infection, but now my reports are normal. Both urine routine and culture tests are normal. What could be the reason?

If urine and culture are now normal, monitor intake/output. If persistent oliguria, check kidney function and electrolytes.
