I have been experiencing burning after urination for the past 10 months. The problem is intermittent, sometimes it resolves for a few days and then comes back. Earlier, a culture test showed UTI, and I was treated with antibiotics. Along with burning, I also sometimes have frequent urination. My doctor did a rectal exam and said this is chronic prostatitis. I am currently taking Flotral and will be starting Urispas from today. A KUB ultrasound has also been advised again (the last one, about 7 months ago, only showed mild segmentation). Please suggest what I should do next.

I was diagnosed with celiac disease, and I have been managing it accordingly. However, since November, I have noticed the presence of white bubbles or foam in my urine, especially in the morning. My urine report shows only 0 to 2 pus cells. I have no pain, and I do not have diabetes
This issue has been bothering me, and I am unsure if it is something serious.

Likely pelvic myalgia or hormonal cramps if no fever/UTI signs. Consider pelvic USG. Rule out endometriosis or PID. Continue hydration, avoid self medication. Perform urine culture test.
