My 10-year-old daughter had a fever, which thankfully went away after she took cefprozil, Alex PBifilac, and Pritexylls junior. However, she's still dealing with a really annoying dry cough, especially at night, which is making it hard for her to sleep well. We started giving her Kasnajiva and SeptilinhIMALAYA yesterday, but the cough hasn't improved much. Do you have any suggestions on what we should do next or if there's something else we could try? I'm really worried about her lack of sleep.

I'm really worried about my 9-year-old daughter. She fell down the stairs and hurt her back. It's swollen about 3 cm above the base of her spine, and she's complaining about pain in her knees, even though she didn't hit them. She also feels pain in her back when she lifts small things like her iPad. We've been using an ice pack on the swollen area, and she's lying on her belly right now. She can still walk and sit, but her back is very painful. The swelling is starting to go down a bit. I'm worried and not sure what to do next or what to watch out for. Could this lead to something serious? What should I be looking out for?
