My 10-year-old son has cubitus varus in his left elbow and we're considering surgery for correction. I've noticed many doctors recommend lateral wedge osteotomy but I'm concerned about the lateral condylar prominence issue that can come with it. Are there any specialists in Pune or Mumbai who perform dome osteotomy for this condition?

Dome osteotomy is a good alternative and reduces cosmetic deformity. Pediatric orthopedic surgeons in major hospitals like Hinduja (Mumbai) or Deenanath Mangeshkar (Pune) may offer this—seek a second opinion there.

my husband had k wiring surgery on his right hand middle finger 4 days ago and now he's getting severe nerve pain in his fingers can dolo tablet help with this pain or should we consider something else
After K-wire hand surgery, nerve pain is common early on; Dolo helps but neuropathic pain meds like pregabalin may be more effective—review with surgeon.

Which is better for treatment a surgeon or a homeopathic doctor? Can medicines alone fix health issues without needing surgery? I'm worried about going under the knife and want to explore other options first.
