My 10-year-old son has cubitus varus in his left elbow and we're considering surgery for correction. I've noticed many doctors recommend lateral wedge osteotomy but I'm concerned about the lateral condylar prominence issue that can come with it. Are there any specialists in Pune or Mumbai who perform dome osteotomy for this condition?

Dome osteotomy is a good alternative and reduces cosmetic deformity. Pediatric orthopedic surgeons in major hospitals like Hinduja (Mumbai) or Deenanath Mangeshkar (Pune) may offer this—seek a second opinion there.

View allmy 19 year old son just had keyhole surgery for a torn ligament and i'm wondering what ayurvedic medicines can help him recover faster
To naturally expedite ligament healing, focus on RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) for the first few days, followed by a gradual return to activity with low-impact exercises and a balanced diet rich in nutrients

is it possible to increase my height through surgery I'm 25 years old and 5 feet 2 inches tall right now but I really want to be taller
Leg lengthening surgery is possible at age 25 via Ilizarov or internal devices;cost ranges ₹5–10 lakhs and it's a long, gradual process.

I have a horizontal tear in the posterior horn of my medial meniscus do I really need surgery for this or can it heal with just meds and physio
A horizontal tear in the posterior horn of your medial meniscus may or may not require surgery, depending on the size and location of the tear. Small tears in the "red-red" or "red-white" zones (with blood supply for healing) may heal with conservative treatment like rest, ice, compression, elevation, physical therapy, and pain medication. Larger tears or those in the "white zone" (no blood supply) are less likely to heal on their own and may require surgery.
