I'm currently being treated for a lateral femoral condyle fracture and wearing a long knee brace without surgery. Just got my MRI reports. Wondering if there are any specific exercises, suggestions, or special meds that could help speed up recovery? Really want to get back on my feet faster.

I'm 4 months out from ACL surgery and wondering if smoking or drinking alcohol could mess with my recovery does it slow down healing or weaken the graft?
Alcohol and smoking delay healing and graft integration—avoid for at least 6 months post-ACL surgery for optimal recovery.
