For mild scoliosis, physiotherapy and monitoring are preferred unless worsening; surgery is rarely first-line.

I've been having trouble with both my knees, especially when climbing stairs or bending them during exercise and daily activities. It's getting really uncomfortable. Can you explain how total knee replacement works and what high flexion knee replacement is? I'm trying to understand if either of these could help with my pain and mobility issues.

I've had a swollen lump behind my left knee for almost five years now, but it doesn't hurt when I walk or run. A neurologist told me it's a Baker's cyst. Is there any way to get rid of the fluid in the lump without having surgery?
