I've noticed a strange screeching sound near my knee joint whenever I fold my left leg. There's no pain, it's just in my left leg and it's kind of worrying me. What could be causing this?

Could be due to a condition called crepitus. This sound may be caused by the rubbing of irregular joint surfaces or soft tissues around the knee. To help reduce this sound, you can try taking Glucosamine and Chondroitin supplements. Additionally, you can apply a topical pain relief gel containing Diclofenac to the affected area. If the sound persists or if you experience any pain or swelling, it is advisable to consult with a healthcare professional for further evaluation.

View allI damaged my knee cartilage and heard it doesn't heal well on its own are there any surgeries or treatments that can actually help regenerate it or am I stuck with this forever
While knee cartilage doesn't naturally regenerate, several surgical and nonsurgical treatments can help repair, regenerate, or replace damaged cartilage. You're not necessarily "stuck" with the damage if you seek appropriate medical care.

6 weeks post ACL surgery and my physiotherapist keeps forcefully bending my knee during home visits, causing intense pain. He increases the bend every day with more pressure and also compresses my knee while elevating my leg from the ankle. Is this normal or is he being too aggressive with the recovery process?
Pain from physio should be tolerable; forceful passive bending early on may harm—consider a second opinion.
