My 16 year old daughter blood report shows the following: Total bilirubin 1.7, Direct bilirubin 1.0, Albumin 3.3, Globulin 1.7, Total protein 5.0, SGPT 90, SGOT 170, and Alkaline phosphatase 460. What does this report indicate?

These liver values are mildly elevated and can occur from temporary causes like infections or medications. Repeat the test after 1 or 2 weeks. Avoid junk food, oily meals, and check if she had fever or illness recently. If levels stay high, consult a pediatrician for further liver work up.
