I'm really worried about my dad. After he got his COVID vaccine, he had bleeding blood spots from his nose. This happened twice, once after each dose. Is this normal? Should we be thinking about getting some tests done to make sure everything's okay?

I've been dealing with this annoying pricking sensation in my throat, and it's really starting to bother me. It's right at the front on the right side and only seems to happen when I swallow my saliva. Im not sure what could be causing this. Could it be something serious or just a minor issue? Id love to hear your thoughts on this.
