It's weird because I don't notice it while I'm eating, but afterwards, that sensation comes back. Also, I've noticed these small pink pimple-like bumps towards the back of my tongue. What's going on with me?

I've had a voice disorder since birth due to a cleft palate, and my speech isn't clear nobody understands me. I've tried speech therapy multiple times but nothing changed. Could there be an underlying vocal issue surgery might fix? I don't want more therapy if it hasn't helped before. What options do I have to improve my voice clarity?
