My 4 year old son recently had a blood test. In the report, his DLC shows lymphocytes within the normal range. However, the ALC is consistently low. I also checked his previous reports, and the pattern is the same. Should I be concerned about this.

If the child is otherwise healthy and active, and the trend has remained consistent without symptoms, it may not indicate a serious problem. However, periodic monitoring is advisable.
