My 5 year old daughter has very frequent nosebleeds at least twice a week since she was 1 year old. Botroclot, neosporin ointment, and ice are being used continuously. She bleeds heavily and it does not stop until Botroclot is used. Blood report with respect to clotting is normal. We were told it will normalize as she grows but we are very worried. Kindly suggest us.

Recurrent nosebleeds may be due to fragile nasal vessels. Continue Botroclot if needed, use humidifier, avoid nose picking. ENT exam is advised to rule out local causes.

View allI had a D&C on 9th March. For the last three to four days, I have been experiencing pelvic pain and was taking Meftas Spas. Yesterday, the pain increased so much that I had to rush to the hospital and get a USG done, both transvaginal and whole abdomen. The transvaginal scan detected a retention cyst of 4.4 cm. The pain is continuing and is unbearable. Please suggest if there is anything to worry about. MetPCO has been advised. This was my first abortion, and I plan to conceive again within three months. Are there any worries? I have attached my report.
