My mother, age 59, had itching near the urinary area along with white discharge. She is on medication for sugar and blood pressure. We visited a gynecologist and she told us to do a NILM Pap smear test. The report says reactive changes observed associated with inflammation and atrophy. What does this mean? In March, I got my urine tested, and it showed 10 to 13 RBCs per HPF. Sometimes I also face problems with IBS. In the past, I was diagnosed with UTI. During my pregnancy, there were consistently 5 to 6 RBCs in my urine reports. I had a C section delivery. Is the presence of RBCs in urine a matter of concern?
