Two days ago, I experienced excessive urination (Bahumutra). I am sharing my urine test report and would like your guidance. I have also been taking Divya Gokhruashdi Guggul, Chandra Pravati, and Shilajit Rasayan Vati tablets. Please advise.

Frequent urination with low output may indicate UTI or kidney issues. Since you have had prior UTI and mild swelling, consult your doctor again for further tests. Early treatment can prevent complications.
Dr. Yusuf Suggests...
Take a URINE ROUTINE + CULTURE SENSITIVITY Test or Take a KFT with Electrolytes (Kidney Funtion) Test

Dear respected doctors, I have been facing reduced urine output. When I drink water, it takes 1 or 2 hours to urinate. Earlier, it used to take hardly 15 to 20 minutes, but now it is sometimes normal and sometimes very little. My water intake is approximately 2 liters. Recently, my blood test showed urea 18.9 mg/dl and serum creatinine 0.60. USG KUB shows fatty liver grade 1, mild features of PCOD, and a simple renal cortical cyst measuring 35x40 mm. My question is, are any of these findings causing this trouble or do I have a kidney problem? Please provide appropriate guidance.

About 2.5 years ago, I had an exposure. Recently, I had a penile cyst removed by incision. I have done all STD tests, and the results were negative. Now, I notice a small white ulcer near the surgery site. Should I be worried? I sometimes experience inflammation during urination, and it looks like gamoria on the penile shaft.
