Sir, I have four stones in my kidney. I will send my report to you. Please tell me the proper treatment to dissolve or remove the stones?

Depending on stone size and location, small stones less than 5 mm can often pass with increased fluids and medications like potassium citrate. Pain control is important too. Stones greater than 7 mm may need further intervention e.g., lithotripsy. Avoid highcoxalate foods, drink 2.5 to 3L water daily. Follow up to track size.
Dr. Siri Suggests...
Take a Urine Routine Test Test or Take a Creatinine Test Test

View allHi, my wife has been having a urine infection for the last 2 to 3 days, and the burning sensation is not subsiding. We started her on Alkasol, and she took 2 to 3 doses, but the burning sometimes improves and sometimes comes back. A week ago, she had a severe throat infection for which she took antibiotics and cold medicines after consulting a doctor. During that time, we did almost all tests, including urine culture, urine routine, CBC, and dengue profile, but almost everything was negative, except a slight positive result in urine routine, and the culture was normal. Please advise what to do now?

During my pregnancy, there were consistently 5 to 6 RBCs in my urine reports. I had a C section delivery. Is the presence of RBCs in urine a matter of concern?

Hello Doctor, My daughter is 19 months old. She had a viral fever for 3 to 4 days. Since then, she has puffiness around her eyes for the past 5 to 6 days and is passing less urine. The doctor advised a urine routine microscopy (RM) test, and I am attaching the report. Could you please review it and guide me on the next steps? Is everything okay?
