I'm feeling really uneasy and have this terrible vomiting sensation along with gas. I've tried taking pudin hara tablets and even vomited once, but the feeling hasn't gone away. I also took a pantop 40 for the gas, but I'm still not feeling any better. Since it's Dussehra, I'm not sure if I can find a doctor right now apart from emergency services. Could you please advise me on what I can do to actually vomit and maybe feel some relief?

Heres what shes taking: Glycomet 250, Azulix, Clopivas, Rebagem, Panplus D 40, Nikoran 5, Stonex, Laregab AT LS, Olmat, and Nurokind. I'm worried because nothing seems to help with the burning. Could this mix of medications be causing it, or could it be something else? What should we do next?
