His ECG report shows sinus bradycardia, right bundle branch block, and T wave abnormality suggesting lateral ischemia. The ECG is abnormal. Should he keep taking ecospirin AV 75? Does he need any surgery based on these findings? What should we do next?

It is hypotension,low BP..U can have 2 glasss of orange juices, plenty of fluids .. if still bp on the lower side 2-3 glasses of fluida mixed with ors is advised, recheck BP.
