My aunt has been dealing with paronychia for the past ten days, and its really worrying because her fingers have become hard. We tried to drain out the pus, and I think weve gotten rid of all of it, but shes now feeling really weak, can't talk well, and has a fever. She lives in a village in North Karnataka. What should we do next? Really concerned!

I've noticed these dark spots on my lower back near my spinal cord that started appearing over a month ago. They don't hurt or itch, but they seem to be spreading, and it's starting to make me a bit concerned. Should I be worried or get this checked out? Any idea what might be causing this?

Could be a condition called Tinea Versicolor. This is a fungal infection of the skin that can cause discolored patches. I recommend using an antifungal medication such as Clotrimazole cream applied twice daily for 2-4 weeks. Additionally, you can use a medicated shampoo containing selenium sulfide to wash the affected area. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry to prevent further spread of the infection.

I'm a 33-year-old woman and I've noticed a lot more grey hair lately. I have a 2-year-old and my grey hair issues started back in college, but it was minimal then. Now it feels like every short hair is grey and my longer hairs are grey just at the roots. I've been using Henna and indigo for coloring. Is there anything else I can do about my grey hair? Any advice would be appreciated.

I've been dealing with an itchy butt for nearly 2 months now. There are a few spots that look like bug bites and they hurt and feel like pimples. I also noticed in the inner corner of my anal area, there's something that resembles psoriasisit's scaly, itches, and peels sometimes. The scarring is pretty bad, and I'm feeling self-conscious about wearing a bathing suit since the scars are visible all over my butt. My sister seems to have a similar issue but without the bug bites. We initially thought it might be the vaginal wash we were using, but even after stopping, these issues persist. I have a dog that sleeps with me under the covers, but she's on flea medicine. She also sleeps with my brother, who doesn't have any of these symptoms. Could this be something like scabies, spider bites, flea bites, or even mange? What can I do to soothe the itching and help with the scarring? Are there any over-the-counter meds or natural remedies you'd recommend?

it may b scabies use permithrin lotion and levocetrzine tab at night times
