My baby boy is 4 days old and has a cleft lip and palate on one side of his face, from the lip up to the nose. I'm really worried about how to take care of him what should I be doing? Is there a chance for surgery to fix this so he can look like other babies? Could you help guide me on what to expect?

Cleft lip and cleft palate are separations in the upper lip and mouth that occur while a fetus develops in the uterus. Treating cleft lip and palate involves surgery and may include speech therapy and dental work. Your child's medical care team is there to support you each step of the way.

I have scars with a tattoo over them on my forearm and want to get rid of both. A doctor told me laser tattoo removal won't fix the scars would plastic surgery work for this? I'm worried about how effective it'll be and if it's the right option.
Plastic surgery may help revise scars and remove tattoos, but effectiveness varies—consult a plastic surgeon for realistic expectations.

I'm 25 and thinking about reshaping my nose but I really don't want surgery. Is there any way to change the shape without going under the knife? I've heard about nose exercises do they actually work? Also, are there any creams or applications that can help reshape it? If so, which ones would you recommend and how effective are they?
While some claim nose exercises and creams can reshape your nose, there's no scientific evidence to support these claims. The shape of your nose is largely determined by bone and cartilage, which cannot be altered by external methods like exercises or creams. Nonsurgical rhinoplasty, using dermal fillers, can temporarily change the nose's shape, but it's not a permanent solution.
