My baby boy is 4 days old and has a cleft lip and palate on one side of his face, from the lip up to the nose. I'm really worried about how to take care of him what should I be doing? Is there a chance for surgery to fix this so he can look like other babies? Could you help guide me on what to expect?

Cleft lip and cleft palate are separations in the upper lip and mouth that occur while a fetus develops in the uterus. Treating cleft lip and palate involves surgery and may include speech therapy and dental work. Your child's medical care team is there to support you each step of the way.

I've had enlarged male breasts for more than 2 years now and it's really bothering me. I weigh 64 kg and my height is 172 cm. I'm thinking about gynecomastia surgery but I'm not sure if it's safe or what the risks are. Can you tell me more about the procedure and recovery?
Gynecomastia surgery, also known as male breast reduction, involves removing excess breast tissue to create a more contoured chest. It's a safe procedure when performed by a qualified surgeon, but like any surgery, it has risks and potential complications. The recovery period typically lasts a few weeks, with swelling, bruising, and some discomfort
