My beard and moustache have started greying over the past year, and it seems to be getting worse each day. I'm really concerned about it. Could you let me know what might be causing this and what I can do to manage it?

View allWhat vitamin deficiency causes vertical lines in fingernails?
Our nails naturally develop slight vertical ridges as we age. However, severe and raised ridges can be a sign of iron deficiency anemia. Nutritional deficiencies, such as a lack of vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin B12 or keratin can result in fingernail ridges. Hormonal changes can also cause ridges to appear.

I'm really concerned about my wife. For the last 23 days, she's had this red rash with a black spot on her hand. It doesnt seem to itch until she actually starts scratching it. It's odd because it's only on one hand. I've attached a photo. Could someone help me figure out what this might be?
It appears that your wife may be experiencing a contact dermatitis with a secondary infection. I recommend using an antibiotic ointment like Neosporin to prevent further infection. Additionally, she can take an antihistamine like Benadryl to help with any itching. Make sure to clean the area gently with mild soap and water before applying the ointment. If the rash persists or worsens, please consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and treatment.
