My belly button pain is getting worse and I can't stretch or bend without discomfort. I haven't had any surgeries and usually eat healthy with no junk food. What could be causing this sudden pain around just my belly button area?

Could be hernia, umbilical granuloma, or muscle strain—get abdominal USG and consult a general surgeon.

I'm experiencing pain just below my right ribs since yesterday. It gets worse when I breathe, laugh, or change positions while sleeping. I'm really concerned about what might be causing this. Could you please help me understand what it could be?
Hello, it sounds like you may be experiencing pain in your right ribs. This could be due to a muscle strain or inflammation of the rib cartilage. I recommend taking over-the-counter pain relievers such as ibuprofen (Advil) 400mg every 4-6 hours as needed for pain relief. Additionally, applying a warm compress to the area may help alleviate the discomfort. If the pain persists or worsens, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation.
