My belly button pain is getting worse and I can't stretch or bend without discomfort. I haven't had any surgeries and usually eat healthy with no junk food. What could be causing this sudden pain around just my belly button area?

Could be hernia, umbilical granuloma, or muscle strain—get abdominal USG and consult a general surgeon.

I'm really concerned about my husband. He went for a sonography because of his stomach pain, and they found something else too. His report says his liver size is normal, but there's an increased echo pattern mentioned. He also has high blood pressure, but he doesn't drink alcohol. I'm worried about what this could mean and how it might develop. Is it something serious?
no

I'm a bit worried because after eating spicy food, I noticed some black, sand-like stuff in my mouth. It doesn't taste good and I'm not sure what it is. I used to smoke but quit about four years ago. I'm concerned it might be something serious, like throat cancer. Is this something I should be worried about, or is it normal?
it is normal
