My beta HCG chemiluminescence serum test report shows a result of 11.70 mIU/ml. I took the test on the 5th day of my missed period. What does this result indicate?

A beta hCG of 11.7 mIU/ml is a borderline result. It may suggest early pregnancy or delayed ovulation. Repeat the test after 48 hours to check for rising levels (which would suggest pregnancy).

Could there still be a chance of pregnancy, or might these symptoms be due to something else?
