My blood report is normal but I am suffering from cold cough and fever for the past 7 days. I have already taken Monosuf 1 gm Amikacin 250 and Dolo 650 but there is no relief.

Actually, I am having a sore throat problem for a long time. I took every medication but nothing worked. I always feel like having cough and scratching sensation in my throat. Please help me. I had a D&C on 9th March. For the last three to four days, I have been experiencing pelvic pain and was taking Meftas Spas. Yesterday, the pain increased so much that I had to rush to the hospital and get a USG done, both transvaginal and whole abdomen. The transvaginal scan detected a retention cyst of 4.4 cm. The pain is continuing and is unbearable. Please suggest if there is anything to worry about. MetPCO has been advised. This was my first abortion, and I plan to conceive again within three months. Are there any worries? I have attached my report.
