Actually, I am having a sore throat problem for a long time. I took every medication but nothing worked. I always feel like having cough and scratching sensation in my throat. Please help me. Chronic sore throat with no improvement may suggest allergic rhinitis, reflux, or postnasal drip. Consider an ENT opinion. If your report is normal, its less likely to be an infection. Voice strain and chronic irritation also cause this.

I got a complete body profile test and found that my hemoglobin and RBC are below average. Please tell me how to increase them. My serum triglycerides and VLDL cholesterol are above average; please tell me how to decrease them. My thyroid is under control because of medications, but if possible, can you tell me how to manage thyroid without medications? I have attached my report. Dear doctor, if typhoid is positive in the lab report, is hospital admission required, or can I take antibiotic injections in the morning and evening on a day care basis like a general OP patient? Please advise. If admission and IV fluids are required, how many days will it take to cure?
