My blood test report shows ESR 36 and monocytes 0. I do not have fever, chills, or burning urination, but I do have back pain. Is having 0 monocytes normal, and can it be harmful for my body?

I am 22 years old and have been experiencing chest pain on the left side. I recently had a blood test, and the report shows an elevated WBC count of 12,440 and neutrophils at 77. Why do I sometimes suddenly feel a chill during the day? I have checked my fever but it is 97.4. Four days ago my WBC was slightly elevated and today it is back to normal.
