My blood test report shows ESR 36 and monocytes 0. I do not have fever, chills, or burning urination, but I do have back pain. Is having 0 monocytes normal, and can it be harmful for my body?

Monocytes can temporarily drop with infections or stress. ESR of 36 is mildly high and may relate to inflammation. Back pain could be musculoskeletal. Not serious if symptoms improve.

Take a COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT (CBC) Test or Take a ERYTHROCYTE SEDIMENTATION RATE (ESR) Test

View allHello Sir, I have been experiencing fever for the last 10 days, along with muscle and joint pain. My blood report shows that my monocyte level is elevated to 15. I am very worried, could this be a symptom of something serious like cancer?
