My blood test report shows ESR 36 and monocytes 0. I do not have fever, chills, or burning urination, but I do have back pain. Is having 0 monocytes normal, and can it be harmful for my body?
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
Monocytes can temporarily drop with infections or stress. ESR of 36 is mildly high and may relate to inflammation. Back pain could be musculoskeletal. Not serious if symptoms improve.
Dr. Siri Suggests...
Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a ESR Test (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate) Test

If my uterus and ovaries are removed, will there be any long term health issues? Will it affect my life expectancy?
