My blood report says leukocyte count is 3900 cells per cumm, platelet count is 86 thousand per cumm, and SGOT AST is 72 IU per L. How can I get back to normal. What am I suffering from. Should I go for some check up? Please help.

Low WBCs and platelets suggest a viral infection or bone marrow suppression. Elevated SGOT may be due to muscle or liver stress. It is advisable to monitor all levels and consult if symptoms worsen.
Dr. Hema Suggests...
Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a LFT (Liver Function) Test Test

I have been experiencing extreme weakness and fatigue. This started after I had a cough and lung infection in January due to dust. The cough reduced within a week, and everything seemed normal. I was already underweight at 45 kg, and now I am 43 kg. My blood tests from March were normal.
