My blood report says Salmonella typhi O 1:80 dilution positive, Salmonella typhi H 1:80 dilution positive. What does this mean?
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
Salmonella typhi O & H titres of 1:80 are borderline and may indicate past exposure or early typhoid. If there are no symptoms, treatment may not be needed. But if fever, weakness or gut symptoms are present, consult your doctor.

After taking Paracetamol 250 mg, the temperature temporarily reduced, but it rises again after about 6 hours.
